What I respect most about Dr Morales, other than his true artistry as a surgeon, is his honesty about realistic expectations. He patiently listened to everything I wanted and then offered a two-stage plan that would SAFELY accommodate the number of procedures I wanted. (360 body lift, BBL and brachioplasty phase I and thigh lift, bra line lift and breast lift with implants phase II) He explained I would find other surgeons that would do it all at once, or promise me results I thought I could obtain, but then proceeded to show me realistically, at 56 yrs. old and the amount of skin I needed removed, what he would do for me. He EXCEEDED my expectations, and I am blown away by how neat, healthy and small my scars are. He plays everything safe, by the book, and expects us to follow his directives, although some techniques and beliefs waiver from the norm. I have done as he prescribed and have beautiful outcomes.
