I recently visited ACPS and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Heidi, along with her assistant Moon, provided a level of care that truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at ease. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. Heidi took the time to carefully assess my needs and explain every step of the process, ensuring I felt confident and informed. Moon was equally attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly and that I was comfortable throughout the visit. At no point did I feel rushed. They were patient, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable—answering every single question I had in detail without ever making me feel like I was taking up too much time. That level of attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, the experience was exceptional.

I came to Dr. Morales for a breast revision after a horrible experience with another Dr. in Washington state. I researched Dr. Morales before scheduling with him and was impressed by his knowledge, credentials and the relationships he builds with his patients. The staff at ACPS is warm and welcoming, with special kudos going to Abby and Claudia; who answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The surgical team was nothing short of amazing; especially the anesthesiologist, who came and talked to me before the procedure. Instead of feeling anxious, I knew without a doubt, that I was going to be taken care of; and I was. The facility is top notch, welcoming and ran in an efficient manner. Dr. Morales has been by my side every step of the way and has the best bedside manner; which is oftentimes hard to come by. He answered all of my questions and gave me honest opinions in regard to my expectations and what results I should expect from the procedure. I am 2 months post-op and very happy with my results, which are not overdone or "fake", but instead very natural looking and complimentary to my body size/frame. Dr. Morales restored my faith in the physician/patient relationship and restored my self-confidence that I had lost from my previous procedure. I highly recommend him and his team! It was 100% worth it to travel out of state to have this procedure done. I can't thank ACPS enough!
