This 24-year-old male patient came to Dr. Henry A. Mentz with breathing issues and a visibly crooked nose after a diving injury. To address both function and appearance, Dr. Mentz performed a septoplasty with rhinoplasty to correct the deviated septum and refine the nasal contour. Post-surgery, the patient experienced improved breathing and a straighter, natural-looking nose.
