Procedures Performed Septoplasty with Rhinoplasty, Rhinoplasty
Patient Gender Female
This patient pursued septorhinoplasty to address both functional breathing concerns and aesthetic nasal irregularities. She had a longstanding deviated septum that persisted despite prior corrections in 2014 and 2016, resulting in difficulty breathing through the left side of her nose and frequent mouth breathing. She was also concerned with a crooked nasal appearance, asymmetrical nostrils, a bulbous tip, and a bump along the mid-bridge, with no history of nasal trauma.
The treatment plan focused on permanently correcting the deviated septum while refining nasal shape and symmetry. The after photos show improved nasal alignment, smoother bridge contour, enhanced tip definition, and better nostril symmetry—achieving improved function and a natural, balanced result.
