Case 1 Mommy Makeover Before and After Photos

CASE DESCRIPTION: Two months postop from Mommy Makeover with breast augmentation, liposuction, and abdominoplasty. Presented with complaint of hypomastia and excess skin of abdomen. Wears B cup and desires a full D cup. Previous pregnancies.

PROCEDURE NOTES: Dual plane technique (partial submuscular) with 375cc Mentor smooth round, Moderate Profile Plus, silicone gel implants. Abdominoplasty with anterior rectus fascia plication for diastesis (muscle separation of the midline) repair. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the hips and flanks. Exparel was used during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period.
