Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her arms after weight loss. She was unhappy with “bat wings” with saggy excess skin and stretch marks. The after pictures below are two months from arm lift (brachioplasaty). She had a small wound, that healed with local wound care over 4 weeks. She had otherwise a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard direct excision of excess skin and fatty tissue to upper arms and axillae. Scar placed at bottom of arm, while raised, carried from the elbow into the axilla.
