Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen after pregnancies. She was unhappy with the areas resistant to diet and exercise and excess skin of abdomen. The after pictures below are two months from a tummy tuck, and liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: A standard tummy tuck performed for abdominal rejuvenation. Liposuction was performed to improve her contours, and fat transferred to her buttocks. Exparel used to reduce post operative pain.
