Case 53 Breast Augmentation Before and After Photos

This 38 year old mother-of-three desired to have greater fullness of her breasts. She had very minor size asymmetry, with the right breast being minimally larger than the left. She underwent breast augmentation with 375cc saline implants placed in sub-muscular pockets. The saline implants were overfilled and volume adjusted to achieve better breast symmetry, projection, and balance. She is shown before and after breast augmentation surgery.
