This 22 year old woman was not happy with the boxy shape of her body and desired a flatter abdomen and narrower waist. She had undergone breast augmentation by another surgeon but was also not satisfied with the drooping appearance of her breasts. She underwent mini-abdominoplasty, liposuction, fat grafting of the buttocks (“Brazilian butt lift), breast implant exchange, and breast lift (mastopexies). She is much happier with the new shape of her breasts and body.
