Case 2 Breast Revision Before and After Photos

CASE DESCRIPTION: Two months postop from breast revision. History of previous augmentation with subglandular saline implants. Presented with complaint of symptoms of breast deformity and palpable implants. Desires explantation and reaugmentation with silicone implants. Wears C cup and desired to be small D cup. No previous pregnancies.

PROCEDURE NOTES: Severe bilateral capsular contracture in subglandular pocket. Capsulectomies performed, and pocket converted to dual plane pocket (partial submuscular). Bilateral saline implants removed, and replaced with 400cc Mentor smooth round, Moderate Profile Plus, silicone gel implants.
