CASE DESCRIPTION: Two months postop from gynecomastia reduction. Presented with complaint of unacceptable cosmetic appearance of chest resistant to diet and exercise. Desired to improve contour.
PROCEDURE NOTES: Breast gland excision and standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the chest.
