Case 1 Breast Augmentation Before and After Photos

This 30-year old female patient came to Dr. Mentz desiring a breast augmentation with implants. As you can see, she had substantial breast asymmetry – the left breast was a full C cup size and right side a small C or full B cup size. In order to create an even amount of breast tissue and balanced results with implants, Dr. Mentz performed tumescent liposuction on the left breast, removing about 120 cc of breast tissue and fat, so that the left breast was the same size as the right. He was then able to put in equal size breast implants. It is ideal to have an equal amount of breast tissue because as the patient ages, goes through pregnancy, or fluctuates weight, she will continue to have balanced and symmetrical breasts. Her result is beautiful, soft and full D cup breasts.
