We are pleased to offer consultations at both our Memorial/Town & Country office and our Galleria/Post Oak office. Currently Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday are our patient consultation days with surgical procedures on Tuesday, Thursday, and most Fridays.
Dr. Hustak’s goal is to have your interactions with ACPS as seamless and comprehensive as possible. You will initially be greeted on the phone or online chat room by one of our patient care specialists, who will schedule your appointment and answer all of your preliminary questions. We are available to you 24 hours a day.
Dr. Hustak’s patient coordinator, Claire, will then contact you to ensure that you have all the information you need for your initial consult, finalize the time and location of your appointment, and give you an overview of the process. We will also provide an online link to enable you to complete your medical history prior to the appointment.
On the day of your consultation, you will be greeted by our lovely front office staff, offered a beverage, and as quickly as possible, escorted back to your consultation suite. Claire will meet you there and begin to get to know you and your family and your aesthetic and reconstructive goals. Dr. Hustak will then further discuss your desires and examine you. A silk gown and comfortable atmosphere will ensure that you are pampered throughout your visit. Depending on the nature of the visit, measurements, photos, and implants can be used to demonstrate outcomes.
These initial consultations are scheduled for a comprehensive hour to allow enough time to answer all your questions and to enable you to feel confident in your decision. Dr. Hustak welcomes additional complimentary visits at your leisure to ensure that any further questions are answered. Patient education is a core value in Dr. Hustak’s practice, and you can be assured that the knowledge you gain during your visit(s) will be well worth your time.
