ACPS x Bad Bunny

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who book a consultation with Dr. Morales, Dr. Newall, Dr. Fortes, or Dr. Wentworth at ACPS (Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery) by April 26th, 2024. Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States. Only one raffle entry per patient to book and complete a consultation with eligible doctor allowed. Patients who book a surgery with an eligible doctor are allowed two raffle entries. 

2. Entry Period: The entry period begins on April 1st and ends on April 26th, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST.

3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must book a consultation with one of the eligible doctors at ACPS within the specified entry period. 

4. Prize: The prize consists of floor seats for the Bad Bunny concert on May 1st, 2024. The number of winners and the exact details of the prize package will be determined by ACPS.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The selection will be conducted by ACPS or its designated representatives.

6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone on April 26th, 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 12 hours of the initial notification, ACPS reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Claim: To claim the prize, the winner must provide valid identification and proof of booking the consultation and surgery with ACPS. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.

8. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. ACPS reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, participants grant ACPS the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Release: By entering the giveaway, participants release ACPS, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability arising from or related to their participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

11. Governing Law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas.
