Joined ACPS in 2022

Summer has been a practicing aesthetic nurse since 2019. Summer received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Tyler, which was the top ranked BSN program in Texas and 5th in the nation at that time. She completed her boards soon after and received her license as a Registered Nurse from the Texas Board of Nursing. Summer started off her nursing career in Surgical Oncology at The Sarah Cannon Cancer Hospital at Medical City Plano.

While working full time at the hospital, she started working part time for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon/Mohs Surgeon/Dermatology Clinic in Dallas. Here, she found her love for aesthetics and started working here full time as a clinic RN and a surgical scrub nurse in the O.R. During this time, Summer received the best training in facial anatomy and fine motor skills which she utilizes as an aesthetic provider today.

Her experience in healthcare helped guide her passion for medical aesthetics. Making men and women feel better about themselves is truly the best feeling. One of her favorite things about her job is the connection she gets to make with people. When someone sits in her chair, the experience in the room ranges from hysterical laughter to tears of joy. She cares deeply about each person she gets to treat and plan to have lifelong relationships with them. Outside of work Summer is passionate about children’s safety and education. She has volunteered her time at Bethesda Health Clinic, The American Cancer Society’s Tyler Cattle Barons, and The Texas Rose Festival.
