ON-GOING CLINICAL RESEARCH STUDIES

The Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery (ACPS) in Houston, TX has a designated area dedicated  for aesthetic surgery education, training and clinical research. Two fully accredited operating suites, a state of the art  educational conference room, a complete video library and the latest computer technology are some of the key features available to conduct  clinical research studies . Amado Ruiz-Razura,M.D.,FACS, FICS is  the medical director and  his staff,  will be happy to assist surgeons and companies to review applications for clinical research projects. 

Clinical rotations and research fellowship positions are also available and are offered on a selective basis upon qualifications. Medical students, residents in training and novice plastic surgeons are encourage to apply.

The surgeons at the ACPS perform over 140 cases per month . This volumen allows us the opportunity to evaluate on a selective basis new plastic surgery instrumentation and technology . We are interested in conducting clinical studies with high quality devices, FDA approved,  and those that have been developed to improve patient care and plastic surgery outcomes.
