This young woman was concerned about her sagging buttocks area and unwanted fat deposits. After a consultation with Dr. Newall she decided to undergo an advanced surgical technique commonly referred to as the “Brazilian” butt lift.  Notice how the buttock has been lifted and a fuller contour achieved with this remarkable surgical procedure.

Assessment:  This is a 33 year old lady who has 3 children. The patient is not happy with the way her body looks after having children. Her complaints are that she appears boxy in the upper the lower hip area and the buttock area appears flat and wide. She is wanting a rounder buttock that gives the illusion of a butt lift.

Plan of action:  Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, knees, inner and outer thighs. Fat grafting to the buttocks.

Note: The patients legs appear longer and more sculptured. You can now see the muscles in the legs. The buttock are is rounder and higher. The hollows in the outer hip have been filled out. The bottom portion of the buttock is lifted and is projecting outward creating improved buttock cleavage.
