Since 1973, Dr. Bailey has been recognized in Houston, as a skilled physician and surgeon. The positions and offices he has held in the medical community reflect the integrity and trust his colleagues and patients have recognized throughout his distinguished career. His reputation has resulted in appointments by the state of Texas to the Texas Medical Disclosure Panel and appointments by the Supreme Court of the state of Texas to the Supreme Court Jury Task Force.
